Michigan law threatens Afrakan community

Courtesy April 25's episode of the Rachel Maddow Show...Michigan's emergency financial manager law grants its "overseer" the unilateral power to deconstruct the Afrakan (African American) community of Benton Harbor. This small community off the shores of Lake Michigan is the first town in Michigan to have its elected government effectively nullified. See this clip below for more details:

There's something to be said when the visual arts are complimented by acoustic artistry.
